Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Yocrow website at yocrow.dev, the Yocrow dashboard and the Yocrow software you install on your device, together called the “service”. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Yocrow on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.

Yocrow lets your AI agent use the official MCP servers run by providers such as GitHub, Linear and Notion through one entry in your editor. You connect each provider from your terminal, and your provider credentials stay on your device. The dashboard lets you issue Companion Keys, review your agent’s calls and manage your plan.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Yocrow.
• Keep the information in your account accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and on the devices you sign in.
• Keep Companion Keys private. Each key works once and expires after fifteen minutes, and you can revoke any key from the dashboard.
• Tell us promptly at connect@yocrow.dev if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Each provider you connect is a separate service run by an independent company. Your use of that provider is governed by its own terms and policies, and you must have the right to use any account you connect.

We do not control providers and are not responsible for their availability, their content or changes they make to their servers. A provider may change or withdraw its MCP server at any time, and we may add or remove providers from Yocrow as a result.

Your AI agent acts on your behalf, and you are responsible for the actions it takes through Yocrow, including any data it reads, creates, changes or deletes in your providers.

Yocrow asks for your approval before write and destructive actions in editors that support approval prompts. In editors that do not, the access level you chose when connecting the provider is the only limit. Connect a provider with read-only access if your agent should never change data in it.

• The Free plan costs nothing and includes five connections. The Basic plan costs $9 per month and includes unlimited connections, longer call history and audit logs.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller on your invoice and also applies its own terms to the purchase.
• Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. When a paid plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan limits.
• Agent calls are never metered or billed.
• We will notify you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your plan.
• Payments are not refundable except where the law requires a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.

You agree not to

• use Yocrow to break the law or the terms of any provider
• access accounts, systems or data that you are not authorized to use
• interfere with, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the service
• reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it
• resell or share access to the service without our written consent

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Yocrow software on your devices for as long as you have an account. The license ends when your account is closed or these terms end.

Yocrow, the Yocrow logo and the service belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond the license above.

ChatGPT and the OpenAI logo are trademarks of OpenAI. Other product names and logos shown on our website, including those of the providers and editors Yocrow works with, belong to their owners. Yocrow is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and their names and logos are used only to identify their products.

We work to keep Yocrow available and reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, Yocrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, including losses caused by actions your agent takes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Yocrow and ask us to close your account at any time. Running yocrow logout on a device signs it out and removes every provider connection stored on it.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. Where possible, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

We will update these terms when the service or the law changes and will change the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Yocrow after that date means you accept the updated terms.
